Hi, I'm Caroline!

I am a creative writing student interested in speculative worldbuilding, poetry and writing for television.

Who am I?

Hello! My name is Caroline Tuccinardi (she/they). Hailing from a small town in southern Ontario, I am currently studying creative writing at Humber Polytechnic in Toronto. Alongside exploring the big city, I’m discovering my voice as a storyteller after having switched from a physics program a few years ago. With my love of astronomy, I explore fantastical settings in my speculative stories and poems. Through my writing, I’m finding answers to big questions and sharing my works with the world.

My short story “Ghost Town” was published in the eighth spotlight of the Humber Literary Review, and I have written for the YWCA. I’m also an editor and graphic designer for Arrival, a student-run magazine from Humber Polytechnic. My future goals include publishing more of my short fiction, creating a book of poetry, and writing for television.

When I’m not writing, you can find me staring up at the stars or obsessing over cartoons like Gravity Falls. I believe in the power of stories to inform and connect, and I’m excited to share my journey with you.
